What to Expect
Heartfulness is a practical heart-based meditation practice that is open to beginners, families, and regular practitioners. You do not need prior experience to visit the center.
Over the past several years, the Heartfulness volunteer community has offered meditation services throughout Richmond and nearby areas through workplace programs, community sessions, libraries, nonprofit spaces, and partner institutions.
At the center, visitors can join quiet meditation sittings, guided sessions, and community gatherings in a calm, welcoming environment.
