At our Richmond center, beginners are welcome and guidance is practical, friendly, and step-by-step.

Option B: Walk in for a guided session.

Heartfulness is inclusive and open to people of all backgrounds.
Most guided sessions are about 35 to 45 minutes.
Comfortable clothes and water are enough.
Kids/teens are welcome if they can sit quietly. Reach out if unsure.
