About the Park: Big Meadows is a recreational area of the Shenandoah National Park in Madison County and Page County, Virginia. The meadow is located on the Skyline Drive at Milepost 51 and contains the park’s Harry F. Byrd Visitor Center, as is a lodge, camp store, and camping area.

Big Meadows Campground is located at Milepost 51 on Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. Big Meadows is a family oriented campground with access to hiking trails, ranger led programs, and concessionaire facilities.
